We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Tech for a brand new, state-of-the-art feed mill in East Central Illinois.  This role will be responsible for all plant maintenance.  It also has the potential to turn into a leadership role.   Includes full benefits package; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k.  $25-30/hr depending on experience, with room to grow.

• Ability to troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues 
  
• Demonstrates the ability to interact effectively with management and other departments 
  
• Has a self-motivating personality with an operations focus 
  
• Ability to work independently and with other employees 
  
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common data 
  
• Must have a good driving record
