Our Client is a 5,500 acre cash grain farm in Northern Ohio. They are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager. This person will be responsible for all aspects of operating a cash grain farm and will manage 2 full time farm operators. Compensation is $24-$28 per hour straight time, plus a 10% bonus potential.

Job Requirements 

• Operate and maintain combines, tractors, sprayers, planters, tillage tools and semi's
  
• Repair farm equipment including electronics, hydraulics, welding and engines
  
• Scout fields for weeds, pests and plant nutrition
  
• Operate and maintain grain handling facilities
