Our Client, who is a wholesale horticultural nursery production company is seeking a Field Superintendent. This position will manage and supervise 700 acres of nursery stock field production. The Superintendent will supervise 4 crews of 4 full time production personnel along with dozens of seasonal workers. These field crews plant, maintain and harvest the nursery stock throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will be of high character and integrity as well as a dedicated and hard working. This person will need to be a good leader and provide hands on support. This position will require professional experience growing horticulture nursery stock in the field.
