VP of Sales #1766 (South Dakota)
A mid-size multi-line agricultural equipment manufacturer is seeking an individual to lead the efforts of their sales team. The position will report to the COO. This position is responsible for overseeing each product division, the marketing department, and insure uniform customer service. Lead and coordinate marketing functions and insure marketing is implemented in unison with the sales efforts. Individual should expect some travel, including trade shows, along with the coordination of projects for major accounts. High priority placed on experience with overseeing sales and marketing of multiple product lines. This is a high level position requiring a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have several years experience overseeing a sales management team within the Ag industry. A strong sales management background, handling multiple product lines is preferred. Experience with negotiating large contracts, strategic planning, and group presentations is critical. Industry specific knowledge is not required. Bachelor's degree required and master's degree is preferred. Approximately 30% travel including major trade shows and key accounts.

We have a manufacturing client seeking to fill
multiple Product Specialist positions across the mid-west to provide first
class dealer and customer support for their product line. This is a company
with rapidly growing sales providing the opportunity for growth within the
company. We are seeking individuals with strong knowledge in tillage and
planting equipment as well as an understanding of related precision agriculture
equipment. Duties will include dealer and customer training. Troubleshooting, warranty
support and some assembly. Other responsibilities will include field
demonstrations, prototype testing, trade show representations as well as
communication with sales and engineering. Expect heavy travel during planting
season and additional travel for dealer, customer training.
Agriculture or related degree desired. Related customer service experience. Understanding of seed and tillage equipment. Understanding of computer guidance, field mapping systems and general agronomy. Must be computer proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Etc. Must have strong communication skills and enjoy meeting and working with new people.
Field Service Technician #1637 (South - Minnesota)
Key responsibilities of this position are: Perform field repairs on Ag equipment including service and warranty repair work. Travel assigned territory making contact with existing Clients. Sell and deliver repair parts orders to customers within territory. Perform Warranty repairs and New Machine Start-Ups. Assist with local trade shows and work with the Territory Manager as needed.
Ideal candidate will possess general mechanical skills including a working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. 3-5 years prior experience working with agricultural equipment required. Degree or relevant experience in the following areas: Diesel Technology, Hydraulics, Electrical Systems and a general Mechanical Aptitude necessary. Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license are required.
