The right candidate will need to have previously worked in a field service role repairing agricultural equipment. Availability to work long hours during busy seasons, willingness to travel, and prior background in agriculture a must. Associates degree in diesel mechanics preferred, but not required. Ability to schedule and handle paperwork is critical.

One of our clients is seeking an individual to lead sales efforts for their top division. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising 7 to 12 direct reports and a total staff of 40 employees. Specific job duties include: developing sales incentive programs, maintaining contact with key customers, coordinate the execution of marketing plans/new product introductions, assist in the evaluation of potential acquisitions, align territories with proper sales staff to ensure proper account coverage, oversee training/recruiting of sales staff, attend tradeshows and conferences, and participate as senior management member in all strategic decision making/budgeting. This will involve about 50% overnight travel.
The right candidate will have a strong agricultural background, along with at least 5 years experience managing sales representatives. Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Prior experience in channel development, board room presentations, and international business is a plus.
