Quality Assurance Manager #1210 (California)
One of our clients is seeking an individual to manage their quality assurance department. In this role, you will manage the detection, analysis, reporting, and implementation of activities relating to the elimination of product defects. This will involve designing a quality analysis data mining/reporting system, issue monthly reports to top management on quality issues, work with the engineering department to enhance products, and conduct ad hoc/scheduled surveys at the dealer level to understand quality issues. Position will involve some overnight travel and field work.
A qualified candidate will have bachelor's degree in engineering, along with prior experience in the agricultural industry. Expert level user of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Service Technician #1162 (Wisconsin)
We are seeking a service technician with irrigation field experience in corner run pivots for a large sweet corn/pea/potato grower in Wisconsin. You will need to have extensive electrical and hydraulic pivot experience with emphasis on electrical. This is not an entry level position since you will be required to work unsupervised. Position offers generous 401K, health benefits, paid vacation and company truck. Package range $40-60K depending on level of experience. Immediate start.
Previous Pivot maintenance experience a must, competent with both electric and mechanical.

Hydraulics Engineer #1147 (Wisconsin)
Wanted - hydraulic engineers!!! In this position, you will be responsible for hydraulic system and component design for harvesting equipment. This will involve designing/implementing test plans, working with suppliers, investigating warranty issues, providing technical support to service techs, and working on new product development teams.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, along with prior experience in hydraulic system/component design. Understanding of Solidworks and the CFPHS certification is helpful, but not required.
