Our Client is a successful manufacturing and distribution company located in Northwest, Illinois that sells agricultural replacement parts. They would like to add more dedicated, experienced, and motivated sales representatives to their team.

Job Description

The sales and customer service representatives are the voice to the customer and relied on to provide the outstanding service that the Client's customers expect and deserve.  Working towards that goal, the representatives are primarily responsible for helping customers place orders, answering their questions and finding solutions to their specific needs.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
  • Well-rounded knowledge of tractors, combines, planters, and tillage equipment
  • A strong mechanical aptitude
  • Field experience operating and maintaining farm equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
  • The ability to type 30-40 wpm
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work 45+ hours a week, including some Saturdays

Preferably, the candidate will be centrally located within the territory. You must be able to maximize sales, increase market share, and ensure profitability in the given geographical area.   • Travel extensively (75%+) throughout the territory representing the company.

Sow Service Supervisor #2703 (Southwestern - Kansas)

A leading pork integrator is looking for a Sow Service Supervisor to help oversee a production group in southwestern Kansas. This position will be responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day production activities of multiple sow farms located within the territory. They will interact with farm managers and offer suggestions regarding pig production practices. Clean driving record preferred, as travel is required.   • Oversee quality control of live production systems
