DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

US EPA

  • Direct EPA consultant to make changes and revisions to the pesticide labels, as needed or desired
  • Maintain a 40+ EPA-Approved pesticide labels
  • Pay annual pesticide maintenance fees
  • Monitor and change the CSF's to be in compliance with raw materials being used
  • File the EPA Establishment Report annually

STATE PESTICIDE REGISTRATIONS

  • Submit & monitor new product registrations in 50 US states
  • Maintain current State registrations and pay annual fees
  • Pay tonnage taxes on current products in individual States
  • File any required State reports

STATE FERTILIZER REGISTRATIONS 

  • Submit & monitor new product registrations in 50 US states
  • Maintain current State registrations and pay annual fees
  • Pay tonnage taxes on current products in individual States
  • File any required State reports

 OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTING

  • File the annual Tier II report
  • File the annual RCRA report

OTHER DUTIES 

  • Maintain current SDS's
  • Generate new product SDS's as required
  • Maintain the OSHA 300 report
  • Monitor accidents and interact with Insurance Company on Workman's Comp issues
  • Monitor compliance with DOT regulations
  • Interact with our DOT consultant to assure all CDL drivers and Driver Files are in compliance
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Seek out and evaluate new product and technology opportunities

Job Summary:

  • Maintenance Technician should strive to exceed production requirements for the assigned plant while staying within quality control parameters
  • Responsible for maintaining all of the plant equipment
  • Supporting the maintenance needs of the plant personnel
  • Efficient in having plant ready for production upon start up of shift
  • Ensure all employees practice plant safety
  • Assist supervisors when needed as to equipment, personnel, etc
  • Make sure plant is organized and clean
  • Assist in special projects outlined by Plant Supervisor
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Plant Supervisor

5 years of equipment maintenance experience is required.

Description and Territories

This sales representative will sell the full product line of farm drainage products and services.  The targeted customer base will be installation contractors and large agricultural farmers installing their own drainage systems throughout the entire sales region.  The territory includes the State of Indiana.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain a positive working environment
  • Identify and cold call on large farm operations doing their own drainage system installation and drainage system contractors
  • Drive to potential customer farms and visit face to face with existing and potential customers
  • Communicate via phone, and in person, with customers and business owners to ensure customer satisfaction is attained 
  • Understand and present benefits and features of company's product and services versus competition
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain strong selling margins as set by management  
  • Collect credit information and submit credit applications

Compensation Package
