This position will be focused on maintaining and building a multi-channel seed sales force led by a team of skilled DSM's for the state of Michigan. The 3 channels consist of farmer direct, reselling farmer dealer, and retail agronomy locations. This state has established dealers, customers, and DSM's, however the focus will be on building all three channels of sales.

This position would be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the division by capitalizing on existing opportunities, and developing new goals. The VP will lead a team of regional parts managers to ensure maximum efficiency of the distribution network. This position will be located in southern Indiana but will require occasional travel to locations both in the USA and Canada.
