JOB PARAMETERS

  • The requirements for "Production Supervisor" has many responsibilities a few of which are: 
  • Being responsible for all the staff in your area. 
  • Self Starter and preventative maintenance to equipment and quality of product. 
  • You must be able to work with different people everyday.
  • Keep good records of production and staff. 
  • Have understanding of scales, sealing and palletizing equipment and be vigil with everything that goes on in your area. 
  • Be able to do minor maintenance on equipment. (Major work is done by our Maintenance department/staff.) 
  • The individual has the opportunity to grow within the company. 
  • Individual willing to work over 40-hour standard work week. 
  • Arrive before your shift and stay after your shift to prepare for the next shift. 
  • A.S or B.S. Ag Degree desired but not required.

Our Client, a manufacturer of fertilizer handling systems, is in need of a Territory Technical Sales Manager to cover a territory including Northern IN, Northern IL, and Michigan. Candidate must be flexible as territory lines may be adjusted as the company grows. The company offers a diverse line of fertilizer (liquid and dry) handling equipment as well as other complimentary product lines. 


The right candidate must have a technical mindset and be able to effectively create and quote systems for customers. This position also serves as a project manager on new installations to make sure all parties are on the same page. 70% travel. A successful candidate will:

Territory Sales Manager #2809 (West - Texas)

The Territory Manager's key responsibilities are outlined below:

  • Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers, securing new dealers, and purging poor performing dealers
  • Reach wholesale and retail projected performance goals 
  • Complete monthly and yearly sales forecasts by dealership by territory 
  • Provide input on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales programs 
  • Predict market trends and projections 
  • Ensure dealer inventory accuracy and perform physical inventories as required 
  • Manage budget and submit weekly expense reports to Regional Sales Manager including, weekly field trip reports 
  • Manage demonstration equipment accounts 
  • Assist with credit collections as required 
  • Report competitive information and programs to Management 
  • Assist with national and regional trade shows as required 
  • Other reports upon management request


Other Requirements:

  • High school diploma required Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience in similar industry 
  • Must be willing to travel up to 90% 
  • 0-3 years of related database administration experience 
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office is preferred
