Gary Weilbaker Gary Weilbaker brings a background in professional Ag recruiting as well as seed, fertilizer and chemical sales. He grew up on a Northern Indiana crop and livestock operation and graduated from Purdue University in 1990 with a degree in animal science. Gary's professional career started with Northrup King Seed Company in seed production and sales followed by agronomy management with EMP Co-op. His Recruiting career started in 2000 where he specializes in the agronomy, grain and Ag finance areas which has yielded over 350 professional agricultural industry placements. Gary's current recruiting responsibilities for Career Solutions are Retail Agronomy, Seed, and Ag Banking for the Eastern Corn Belt.    

Gary is married with 5 children and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he enjoys crop and livestock farming and spending time with his family.

Clay Davis: clay@careersolutionsco.com

Clay Davis

Clay Davis brings a background of contract manufacturing and production agriculture to Career Solutions. He was born and raised on a 1,100 acre row crop farm in Northwest Ohio. In addition to farming, his family, since 1910 has been in the business of installing farm drainage systems. Clay graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tennessee. Clay's professional career has included stints with Deere & Company, Fort Wayne Plastics (large part injection-molder supplying components to the agricultural and automotive markets) and Group Dekko (manufacturer of custom wiring systems for the automotive and agricultural markets). Clay's current recruiting responsibility for Career Solutions is the equipment industry.

Clay is married and resides with his wife and daughter in Fort Wayne where he enjoys golfing, bowling, biking, and watching UT football. He just completed the MBA program at Indiana Tech University and can be found volunteering his spare time with Habitat For Humanity or NeighborLink.

Matt LockeMatt Locke brings a background of precision agriculture and software sales to Career Solutions. He spent four years working for Trimble Navigation selling record keeping, accounting, and GIS Mapping software as well as Trimble FMX and FMD monitors and farming systems. He was born and raised in Northeast Indiana. In 1997, Matt graduated with a Bachelor's of Art degree in Communications/Journalism with a minor in English from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. Matt's current recruiting responsibilities for Career Solutions are Retail Agronomy, Seed, Ag Banking and Livestock for the Western Corn Belt.

Matt is married and lives in Fort Wayne where he enjoys playing baseball, golfing, Ohio State Football, the Colts and spending time with his two children.

Vicki Yoder: vicki@careersolutionsco.com

Vicki YoderVicki Yoder brings a background in accounting and office administration.   She grew up on a small farm in northern Indiana where she was involved with horses with her family.  Vicki graduated from Indiana University in 1990 with a degree in accounting.  After getting her CPA designation her career began with Coopers & Lybrand in Fort Wayne, IN.  After an extended time of caring for her family full time and serving in many volunteer positions, she is enjoying being back to work and serving the agricultural industry.   Vicki's responsibilities for Career Solutions include all accounting functions and administrative support to all recruiters.

Vicki is married to Tony and they have 2 children.  Tony is an Electrical Engineer for ITT Communications in Fort Wayne.  In her spare time Vicki enjoys sporting events and movies with her family, as well as a quiet evening with a book.
