Gary Weilbaker brings a background in professional Ag recruiting as well as seed, fertilizer and chemical sales. He grew up on a Northern Indiana crop and livestock operation and graduated from Purdue University in 1990 with a degree in animal science. Gary's professional career started with Northrup King Seed Company in seed production and sales followed by agronomy management with EMP Co-op. His Recruiting career started in 2000 where he specializes in the agronomy, grain and Ag finance areas which has yielded over 350 professional agricultural industry placements. Gary's current recruiting responsibilities for Career Solutions are Retail Agronomy, Seed, and Ag Banking for the Eastern Corn Belt.
Gary is married with 5 children and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he enjoys crop and livestock farming and spending time with his family.
Greg Hering brings a background of grain merchandising, livestock input and ag retail sales to Career Solutions. He grew up and spent most of his adult life with the family owned business, Lewis Hering Elevator Company, Bellmont, IL. He began at the family business with grounds keeping during his school years and worked through all aspects of the business ultimately becoming general manager and a member of the board of directors before the business sold in 2009. He immediately pursued an opportunity in grain merchandising with a rapidly growing grain elevator in Warren, IN, Salamonie Mills. From there he entered the wholesale petroleum industry with Petroleum Traders Corporation in Fort Wayne serving as a freight specialist. He received an associate's degree in electronics technology in 1988. Upon return to the family business he took several Ag business courses at Wabash Valley College In Mt Carmel, IL. In 2008 he earned a Grain Merchant certification developed by industry education experts at White Commercial Corporation. Greg's current recruiting responsibilities is the Equipment Industry.
Greg resides in Huntington Indiana with his wife Connie. With family in Illinois and Michigan they enjoy weekend travel. They have a dog Gabe that is trained as a therapy dog.
DJ Huff brings a background in both the livestock production and livestock equipment
industries. He grew up on a small-diversified farm in southeastern
Indiana. DJ graduated from Purdue University in 2012 with a B.S. in
Animal Agribusiness and an A.S. in Agricultural Economics. While at Purdue, he
was a member of the Livestock Judging Team and he still enjoys raising and evaluating
livestock. After graduating, he worked as a production manager for Rose
Acre Farms. He then moved into a field service technician role for Big Dutchman
North America followed by working for JBS USA as a field manager. DJ currently
recruits for the Livestock Industry as well as the Eastern US Equipment
DJ and his wife Amanda currently live in Wabash, IN. They enjoy golfing, fishing, and assisting on Amanda's grandfather's farm.
Vicki Yoder brings a background in accounting and office administration. She grew up on a small farm in northern Indiana where she was involved with horses with her family. Vicki graduated from Indiana University in 1990 with a degree in accounting. After getting her CPA designation her career began with Coopers & Lybrand in Fort Wayne, IN. After an extended time of caring for her family full time and serving in many volunteer positions, she is enjoying being back to work and serving the agricultural industry. Vicki's responsibilities for Career Solutions include all accounting functions and administrative support to all recruiters.
Vicki is married to Tony and they have 2 children and 1 grandchild. Tony is an Electrical Engineer for Harris in Fort Wayne. In her spare time Vicki enjoys sporting events and movies with her family, as well as a quiet evening with a book.
